Our Story

Founded in 2025 by Chloe and Matt, Wellth Collaborative builds on their combined decades of expertise in workforce leadership, corporate consultancy, and UK health policy development.

With backgrounds in both corporate consultancy and workforce leadership, we understand the challenges faced by senior leaders and frontline teams alike. Our experience spans clinical and business settings, giving us a unique lens on what truly drives engagement, retention, and cultural change.

We offer a three tiered, people first wellbeing service designed to:

Chloe Jackson

Head of People Strategy

Chloe is a workforce wellbeing specialist with a background in psychology and over a decade of experience in the NHS. She has supported a wide range of clinical and administrative staff across GP practices and primary care networks helping teams navigate the complex pressures of healthcare delivery. Chloe has also worked at head office level with NHS federations, collaborating closely with senior leaders, managers, and team leads to shape workforce strategy, drive engagement, and embed a culture of care across organisations. Her strengths lie in relationship building, staff engagement, and applying the Five Ways to Wellbeing in practical, day to day contexts. Her approach is proactive and compassionate, focused on early intervention and sustainable change through trust and inclusion. She has led organisational development in high pressure environments supporting teams through stress, low morale, and communication challenges. Her ability to connect across all levels ensures feedback is honest, solutions are relevant, and change is lasting. “Wellbeing starts with listening. When people feel safe and seen, they speak openly and that’s when we can start to make meaningful change.”

Matt Johnson

Director of Leadership and Organisational Development

Matt brings over 14 years of experience working at the intersection of leadership, performance, and business transformation. He has partnered with senior leaders across finance, legal, technology, and consultancy sectors supporting individuals and organisations through periods of complexity, change, and strategic growth. With a background in executive coaching and leadership consultancy, Matt specialises in helping directors, people managers, and leadership teams realign with their values, lead with intention, and foster resilient, high functioning cultures. His work bridges the personal and the operational ensuring that leadership development is not only reflective but results driven. Matt’s approach is grounded in deep listening, psychological insight, and practical strategy. He supports leaders to navigate pressure, prevent burnout, and lead with emotional intelligence ultimately shaping healthier teams and stronger business outcomes. He is passionate about creating space for honest reflection, clear vision, and purposeful action empowering organisations to evolve from the inside out. “When leaders are grounded, clear, and connected to their values it creates a ripple effect.
